In July, Ricons officially tops out Kingdom 101 project at 334 To Hien Thanh, Ward 14, District 10, HCMC. This is a project invested by Indochina Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
Built on an area of 33,000 m2, Kingdom 101 project inclues 3 towers A, B, C with 30 floors on total area of up to 128,400 m2. In which, Ricons undertook construction, completion and electromechanical installation for Tower A.
After 14 months of construction, Ricons completed the project’s structure in time. This is not only a recognition for efforts for supervisory engineers, workers working days and nights, but also an affirmation of prestige and professional construction capacity from Ricons.
Currently, the site management team is focusing on completion, ensuring every detail to be perfect and in the best quality. The whole project is expected to be completed and handed over to customers in the first quarter of 2020.
