RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of November 13, 2023, Ricons officially topped out for the Phase 1 project of the Fulian Precision Technology Factory in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province. As the main contractor, Ricons is responsible for the structural construction and finishing of two workshops, A01 and A02, each with four floors and an area of 68,000 square meters per workshop.
The Fulian Precision Technology Factory Phase 1 project in Quang Chau Industrial Park, Bac Giang, commenced in mid-August 2023. To date, after nearly four months of urgent and focused efforts in construction, the project has officially completed the roofing, earning high praise from the investor Foxconn for safety, quality, and progress.
In the past nearly 75 days, Ricons has constructed a total floor area of 136,000 square meters, with a remarkable achievement of completing 32,000 square meters of floor space with a height of 10 meters in just 30 days. This was accomplished with the participation of nearly 1,200 skilled structure workers, working in three shifts day and night at the construction site.
Entering the finishing phase, Ricons will continue to ensure the safety, quality, and progress criteria of the project in line with commitments to Foxconn. It is expected that the project will be handed over to the investor by the end of December 2023.
