On the morning of 10 July 2026, Ricons, in collaboration with the project developer, MIK Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company, held the topping-out ceremony for The Matrix One Premium in Hanoi.
Located at the intersection of Me Tri and Le Quang Dao streets, The Matrix One Premium is a luxury residential development spanning approximately 1.31 hectares. The project comprises two towers: The Luxe, or Tower HH1-1, with 44 above-ground floors, and The Elite, or Tower HH1-2, with 37 above-ground floors, together with three interconnected basement levels. The development will provide 990 premium residences in a diverse range of configurations, from one- to four-bedroom apartments to duplexes and penthouses, catering to the varied spatial and lifestyle needs of its future residents.

Ricons serves as the General Contractor for the project.
