On the morning of July 30, 2026, Ricons held the topping-out ceremony for the G5 and G6 towers at The Sola Park, marking a significant milestone in the project’s construction progress.
Located along Thang Long Boulevard in Tay Mo, Hanoi, The Sola Park occupies a prime location at the western gateway to the capital. The area benefits from well-developed transport infrastructure and convenient connectivity to key destinations across the city.
The development comprises two towers, G5 and G6, each featuring 39 above-ground floors and two basement levels. With 14 office floors, 25 residential floors and a total of 1,488 apartments, The Sola Park is designed to provide a modern and well-appointed living environment that meets the growing demand for quality housing in Hanoi’s emerging western administrative hub.
The project is developed by MIK Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company, an established brand with extensive experience in real estate investment, business and development.
At The Sola Park, Ricons was entrusted by MIK Group as the main contractor for piling works, basement and superstructure construction, as well as external finishing works for Lots F2–HH01 and HH02, corresponding to the G5 and G6 towers.
Drawing on our construction capabilities and project management experience, Ricons worked closely with the Developer, consultants and partners to ensure that the project met all requirements for safety, quality and schedule.
The topping-out milestone recognizes the sustained efforts of the Site Management Board and the entire project team. It also provides a strong foundation for Ricons to accelerate the remaining finishing works and bring the project to completion as scheduled.
Congratulations to The Sola Park Site Management Board on successfully achieving this important milestone.
