RICONS TOPS OUT W-GROW BUILDING – AFFIRMING CAPABILITY IN GREEN CONSTRUCTION

Earlier this April, Ricons and the Investor – Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company – officially held the topping-out ceremony for the W-Grow Building project.

Commencing in June 2024, the project has been executed in line with the planned schedule. The topping-out marks a significant milestone achieved through close collaboration between Ricons and the Investor, as well as the relentless efforts of the project management team.

Key Construction Highlights

W-Grow Building incorporates several advanced technical solutions:

• – Application of BIM LOD 350 for early-stage modeling and information management throughout the construction process.
• – Multidisciplinary coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams, with clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• – A high-ceiling podium structure (8.4 meters) combined with external W-shaped architectural façade walls, requiring complex construction methods and high precision.
• – Typical floors feature large floor-to-ceiling heights, demanding flexible and accurate construction planning and execution.

The project is designed and operated in accordance with LEED Gold standards (certified by the U.S. Green Building Council), ensuring sustainable, eco-friendly design while delivering modern and efficient functional spaces.

Following the topping-out, the project team will continue to accelerate the finishing works and façade installation, aiming for on-schedule handover in Q3 2025.
