On October 5, 2021, Ricons cooperated with Onsen Fuji Travel Services JSC to hold the topping out ceremony of Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy project in Bao Yen commune, Thanh Thuy district, Phu Tho province. The project has a scale of 35 floors with 2,160 resort apartments. In the role of general contractor, Ricons has received high appreciation from the Investor.
At the topping-out ceremony, Ricons was also honored to receive the construction achievement of 1 million safe hours in the excitement and pride of the team of engineers and workers. To achieve this result, the Project Steering Committee always actively implements safety training activities for workers and controls risks in construction.
Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy is the first project with a hot mineral source being led directly to each apartment with the quality of hot mineral being assessed as equivalent to the hot mineral source at the foot of Mount Fuji (Japan). Not only possessing outstanding elements of resort tourism, the project is also operated by the leading international management brand – Wyndham Hotel & Resort; at the same time as “Best Tourism and Resort Project in Southeast Asia 2020” voted by Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards.
