On the morning of August 2, 2026, Ricons held the topping-out ceremony for the low-rise residential development under the Golden Palace A Entertainment Park, School, Residential, Commercial and Service Complex at 99 Me Tri Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi. The ceremony was attended by representatives from project developer MIK Group, the supervision consultant, Ricons and project partners.

As part of The Matrix One, the low-rise residential precinct is envisioned as a modern living environment seamlessly connected to the development’s comprehensive amenities, landscaped spaces and technical infrastructure. Strategically situated at the convergence of three major thoroughfares—Me Tri, Le Quang Dao and Chau Van Liem—the project forms part of a prime commercial corridor with direct access to Thang Long Boulevard. This advantageous location will contribute to enhancing Hanoi’s urban landscape while meeting growing demand for high-quality living environments in the capital.
Under the contract, Ricons is responsible for structural construction, exterior finishing works for the low-rise residences and the shared technical infrastructure system under Phase 2. The on-schedule completion of the structural works reflects the dedicated efforts of the Site Management Team and close coordination with the developer, supervision consultant and project partners. Throughout construction, Ricons has maintained stringent controls over safety, quality and progress.
Following this milestone, the Site Management Team will focus on exterior finishing and technical infrastructure works while continuing to strengthen controls over safety, quality and the project’s overall architectural appearance. During the remaining stages, Ricons is committed to completing all works on schedule, meeting the developer’s expectations and further reinforcing our reputation in the construction market.
