On April 21, 2025, Victoria Village project, developed by Novaland Group, officially marked the topping-out of Tower 1 – the final structure in the four-tower residential complex.
Located in Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, the project comprises four towers, each with 25 above-ground floors and a shared basement.
As the General Contractor, Ricons is responsible for delivering structural excellence and maintaining construction efficiency across the project.
Following the topping-out ceremony, the site management team will move forward with the finishing phase, upholding strict standards of safety and quality in close collaboration with the Investor.
