RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of April 5, Ricons held the topping-out ceremony for Tower 2 – The Nexus Project, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The Board of Directors, as well as staff members from Refico, Tokyu, Ricons, and project supervision and management consulting departments, attended the occasion.
After a series of success from several joint projects, Ricons was blessfully the chosen party to take on the role of General Contractor on this project.
The Nexus is an international standard Grade A office building, with figures as follows:
25 floors for Tower 1, 35 floors for Tower 2 (in 5 of which the basements reach a depth of more than 20m.).
The total construction area amounts to over 118,000 m2.
The Nexus has a foundation area close to the Metro line (with its basement diaphragm wall only 4 meters away from the Metro station pipe), and the maximum permissible displacement data is 12mm – such highly rigorous figures that necessitate effective control building techniques. Meanwhile, Ricons strictly supervises the construction procedure in order to minimize the least feasible displacement, thus maximizing the quality of the Metro line.
The work is extensively monitored by MACE – a professional project management unit, in order to make sure the project meets the expectation of a Grade A office building, according to international standards.
With a serious and drastic working spirit and attitude, the Board of Directors strives to meet the requirements of safety and quality, and so far has received high appreciation from the Investor.
Today’s topping-out ceremony marks a proud milestone for the execution team on the project.
