On February 6, 2026, Ricons officially held the topping-out ceremony for Towers V11–V12 at The Victoria Project, part of the Tay Mo–Dai Mo New Urban Area (Vinhomes Park).

The project is located in Tay Mo Ward, Hanoi, and is developed by MIK Group. For this project, Ricons was responsible for the piling works, superstructure construction, and external façade finishing of Towers V11–V12 (Lot F3 – CH04).

Each of the V11–V12 towers comprised two basement levels and 38 above-ground floors, providing a total of 1,230 high-end apartments, developed in accordance with modern urban standards featuring synchronized infrastructure, integrated amenities, and well-planned living spaces.

The topping-out ceremony marked the completion of the structural phase and the official transition to the finishing stage, underscoring the close coordination and concerted efforts among the Developer, consultants, contractors, and the project site management team throughout the construction process.

In the subsequent phase, Ricons continued to mobilize optimal resources and maintain strict control over safety, quality, and progress, ensuring the project was delivered in line with commitments to the Developer, while contributing to the creation of a high-quality, modern living environment at The Victoria project.
