On the November 27, 2019 morning, Ricons and the Investor – Vingroup solemnly held the roofing ceremony of L7 Tower under Vinhomes Grand Park on Nguyen Xien Street, Long Thanh My Ward, District 9, HCMC.
At the project, Ricons constructs the structure, finishing and MEP system installation for L7 Towner, with the scale of 2 basements and 36 floors, with the total construction area of up to 78,270 m2. Started from early 2019, within nearly 11 months of construction, the structure construction item of the project has been completed by Ricons ahead of the initial committed schedule with the Investor.
Vinhomes Grand Park is a large-scaled project. Therefore, to complete and finish the project on schedule, the construction contractor is required to have a highly professional engineer team and advanced construction methods. Especially, with the experience of constructing many large-scaled high-rise building projects, Ricons is confident to bring in high quality, timely schedule and safety for the project, contributing to raising the value for the Investor and customers. It is expected that Ricons will complete 75% of the project finishing volume before the Lunar New Year 2020.
