On September 6, 2023, Ricons was awarded first prize in the ‘Cloud Advocate of the Year’ category in the ASEAN Innovation Awards 2023 competition. The award ceremony was held by Autodesk at New World Saigon Hotel.
If 2022 was ranked third this year, Ricons outperformed its competitors in the ‘Cloud Advocate of the Year’ category – an award granted to companies that make good use of digital technology and cloud workflows in order to digitalize projects. Celebrating the use of BIM solutions to help improve efficiency through the application of BIM tools from Autodesk and CDE solutions to improve the overall productivity and efficiency of the Celadon project City A5 was the title of Ricons’ entry.
Digitalization, together with the use of BIM solutions in design and construction, has allowed Ricons to maintain rigorous control from the beginning by limiting errors and closely monitoring progress during the construction process using a digital model. In this way, project progress could always be guaranteed, and after completion, digital data will be supplied to building management units to assist in operation.
Some of Ricons’ most recent BIM projects include the World Trade Center Tower (Becamex), The Nexus, Celadon City A5-A6, Dwight School in Hanoi, the Long Thanh International Airport, and Passenger Terminal T3 Tan Son Nhat Airport.
