In alignment with our commitment to collaborating with investors to deliver high-quality and sustainable developments, Ricons has officially handed over the AgriS Building to TTC AgriS, marking the completion of over 12 months of construction.
AgriS Building is a premium office development located at 63 Cao Thang Street, Ward 3, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. The project was constructed on a 1,028 sqm land plot, offering a gross floor area of 11,200 sqm across four basement levels and fourteen upper floors. From the design phase, the project was developed under a green building concept, with careful material selection and construction strategies aimed at ensuring operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts.
Notably, AgriS Building has achieved the prestigious LEED BD+C Gold certification, a globally recognized green building standard awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This certification stands as a testament to the joint commitment of Ricons and TTC AgriS to environmental sustainability. The building features LED lighting systems with motion sensors to optimize energy consumption, VRF air conditioning systems using environmentally friendly R-410A refrigerant, and water-saving sanitary fixtures that reduce water usage by up to 46.32%. Additionally, 25% of the building materials contain recycled content, further reducing the project’s environmental footprint.
The landscaping of AgriS Building is designed with drought-tolerant plants and a highly efficient irrigation system, lowering water usage by 50%. A rooftop solar energy system with a capacity of 36.3 kWp contributes approximately 7.6% of the building’s total energy demand. The parking facilities are equipped with shaded structures and integrated electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, supporting modern green mobility trends and enhancing user convenience.
