This start of October also marks Ricons’s formal turning over of Project 06 – package BC2 – BW Nhon Trach – Dong Nai to the investor, BW Industrial.
60,000 m2 is the overall area of BW Nhon Trach – BC2. In this project, Ricons is responsible for building the structural, finishing, M&E, and auxiliary components for two 2-storey workshops. The project calls for rigorous planning of labor and construction techniques due to the 10m-high structural floor design and tight FF and FL flat pouring criteria.

For the second time, Investor BW Industrial has extreme confidence in Ricons. Previously, the company carried out another project – the BW Bau Bang in Binh Duong, with phenomenal success.
