RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
This March 2023, Ricons formally handed over Project Diamond Brilliant (Celadon City A5b) to investor Gamuda Land and the residents. The location of the project is in Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Regarding its size, Celadon City A5b consists of three tower blocks, each with one basement and fifteen stories, adding up to 547 units. The project also includes 98 villas and a 2-storey clubhouse.
The investor has officially taken over the project, which began in November 2019, and the first inhabitants have moved in.
Diamond Brilliant is, in figurative terms, the final glamorous ‘diamond’ to be added to the luxury of its chain. Not only is it located at a prime spot – connected with a cornucopia of amenities while still in harmony with nature – project Diamond Brilliant also ensures its apartment quality standards by maintaining close attention to interior design and infrastructure. Such qualities maximize customer satisfaction in matters of convenience and class.
This March 3rd, the project has also been rated by the investor Gamuda Land the highest GQUAS (Gamuda Land Quality Assessment System) score among all Celadon urban region projects by far, at 76.9%.
As General Contractor, Ricons has upheld strict requirements placed by the investor in terms of project safety and quality.
