RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
After accelerating the final stages of completion, in May 2024, Ricons officially entered the phase of handing over the Imperia Smart City Tower P5 (I1) project. This project was selected by MIK Group, the investor, trusting Ricons to partner as the main contractor for both structural and finishing works.
The Imperia Smart City project was developed on plots F4-CH03, F4-CH04, and F4-CH05, located in the prime Vinhomes Smart City urban area, along Thang Long Avenue in Tay Mo and Dai Mo wards, Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi. Tower P5 (I1) consists of 1 basement and 39 floors above ground, providing 1,134 apartments to the market. The total floor area (excluding the basement) is 184,700 m2.
Launched in February 2022, the project has now officially moved into the handover phase to the investor. Ricons’ efforts to meet stringent requirements for safety, construction quality, and progress have been highly praised by the investor the MIK Group. This not only affirms Ricons’ reputation and capability in the construction industry but also contributes to enhancing the quality of life for the future residents of the project.
