At the end of August 2022, Ricons officially handed over The River Thu Thiem project to the Investor, welcoming the first residents to move in.
With a total floor area of 125.9m2, The River Thu Thiem is a prime location, sitting at a two-front intersection – Nguyen Co Thach Street and Arc Avenue, in An Khanh Ward, Thu Thiem Urban Area, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
This Ricons project is also one in which the investor Refico also serves as the general contractor (including structure, finishing, M&E for the whole project). The scope of the project includes three buildings, two of which have 18 stories and one 12 stories, with a combined total of 525 apartments and 17 retail spaces.
