On May 7, 2026, Ricons, in collaboration with the Developer, THT Development Co., Ltd., and the General Contractor, Daewoo E&C Vina, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for Tower O, the office tower of the K8HH1 High-Rise Mixed-Use Residential Project.
Located at Lot K8 in the central area of Starlake Urban Township, Xuan Dinh Ward, Hanoi, the project is strategically positioned in one of the capital’s most dynamic development areas. The development comprises three towers and two shared basement levels, including:
– Two 26-storey residential towers, providing 284 modern apartments.
– One 20-storey office tower, designed to meet the demand for high-quality working spaces.
Commenced on March 20, 2025, the project has now reached the topping-out milestone for Tower O after nearly 14 months of construction, in line with the planned schedule.
As a project delivered in collaboration with Daewoo E&C Vina, one of South Korea’s leading general contractors, K8HH1 High-Rise Mixed-Use Residential Project continues to affirm Ricons’ construction capabilities in projects with stringent requirements for technical execution, quality, and progress. The project also stands as a testament to the effective cooperation between Vietnamese and Korean enterprises in the construction sector.
Throughout the construction process, Ricons has focused its resources, maintained strict construction control, and ensured the core criteria of Safety – Quality – Progress.
Entering the finishing phase, the Site Management Board will continue to make every effort to meet the project’s rigorous requirements, working towards the goal of handing over the project in line with its commitments.
