In the Mid-July, Ricons officially commenced the construction of the HH1 mixed-use high-rise building, part of the Golden Palace A project, which includes an entertainment park, school, and a residential, commercial, and service complex.
The project is invested by Mai Linh Investment Joint Stock Company and is located in Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
Ricons participates in the project as the General Contractor, responsible for the construction of two towers, HH1-1 and HH1-2. Tower HH1-1 consists of 3 basement levels and 44 above-ground floors, while Tower HH1-2 includes 3 basement levels and 37 above-ground floors. Upon completion, the project will provide the market with 975 apartments.
