RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Ricons continues to reinforce the presence in the northern market, having officially won the bid for the Imperia Signature Co Loa Urban Area Project, located in Xuan Canh, Dong Hoi, and Mai Lam Communes, Dong Anh District, Hanoi. The project is developed by MIK Group.
Spanning a gross floor area of 132,000m², the development comprises three basement levels and 45 above-ground floors, situated on land plot HH-03 within Dong Anh’s new urban zone.
As the main contractor, Ricons will undertake structural works for both the basements and superstructure, waterproofing and heat insulation, masonry and finishing works, installation of the grounding and lightning protection system and MEP provisions.
This contract further demonstrates the long-standing partnership between MIK Group and Ricons, reflecting the investor’s strong confidence in Ricons’ execution capabilities and construction quality.
Currently, Ricons is also engaged in multiple MIK Group projects, including The Matrix One – Phase 2, Imperia Smart City – The Sola Park (Towers G5–G6), and Imperia Smart City – Towers V11 and V12.
