Ricons has officially won the bid for Narra Residences (MU8) – one of the premium residential developments within the Empire City complex, located in the heart of the new Thu Thiem Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City.
Developed by Empire City Limited Liability Company, Narra Residences takes inspiration from modern European architecture, promising to create an elegant and sophisticated living environment in one of Vietnam’s most vibrant and dynamic urban centers.
The project comprises two towers, each featuring two basements and 30 above-ground floors, offering a total of 278 high-end apartments designed to international standards, delivering a refined and distinctive living experience for future residents.
At this project, Ricons has been entrusted by the Developer to serve as the General Contractor, responsible for the Structural Works, Finishing and MEP packages.
