On January 21, 2025, Ricons, together with other companies in the ecosystem, proudly marked the conclusion of Project Managers Training Course of 2024. Thiscomprehensive training program brought together 27 participants and 13 experienced managerial instructors for a series of 11 sessions totaling 40 hours, complemented by three weeks of cross-training. This initiative is part of a bespoke suite of benefits designed specifically for personnel employed within the ecosystem.
The training covered a broad spectrum of topics, from technical aspects such as project management and equipment management to quality control and MEP coordination. Participants further developed their skills in project management, legal aspects of projects and financial planning. The course also emphasized the development of an HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environmental) mindset, relationship building and human resources management — essential skills for any future project manager.
The closing ceremony provided an opportunity to express gratitude to the instructors for their dedication and to distribute certificates to the trainees who successfully completed the program. This event underscored Ricons and affiliates’ commitment to elevating the caliber of their workforce, thereby fostering the sustainable development of the ecosystem.
