In early January 2026, Ricons held a ceremony to award capability recognition certificates to its site management personnel, acknowledging their efforts, contributions, and professional growth throughout their working journey.
Accordingly, 24 personnel currently working on Ricons’ projects were officially recognized, including:
– Southern Region: 13 personnel (06 Site Managers and 07 Deputy Site Managers)
– Northern Region: 11 personnel (05 Site Managers and 06 Deputy Site Managers)
The recognized personnel have successfully completed all training programs under the Company’s competency framework, while consistently demonstrating excellent performance in their assigned roles. They have shown strong leadership, effective site management capabilities, and a high sense of responsibility in overseeing construction operations. These individuals are also assessed as ready to assume higher management positions, meeting the Company’s operational and development requirements in the coming period.
The capability recognition program not only serves as well-deserved acknowledgment of individual efforts but also reflects the Company’s long-term commitment to developing and strengthening its future leadership pipeline. At the same time, it provides an important basis for the Company to consider appropriate personnel placement and appointment in accordance with project demands.
Through this initiative, Ricons expects the recognized site management personnel to continue demonstrating professional excellence, leadership responsibility, and strong guidance on construction sites—contributing to the assurance of project progress, quality, and operational efficiency, while inspiring a culture of continuous learning and development across Site Management Boards.
