On May 10, 2025, Ricons and companies within its ecosystem officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for comprehensive cooperation with Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) for the academic year 2025–2026.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Ngo Trung Nghia – MEP Project Director of Ricons, along with representatives of the ecosystem companies. Representing HUCE were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Vice Rector, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thanh Tung – Vice Rector, and heads of departments and faculties.
Under the framework of this cooperation, the two parties committed to further promoting academic exchanges, career orientation programs, internships, and site visits for students during the 2025–2026 academic year. In addition, Ricons and the ecosystem companies have jointly contributed to the enhancement of the university’s infrastructure, supporting a more advanced teaching and learning environment.
Ricons has always valued its strategic partnership with leading universities, especially HUCE – a prestigious institution that has trained generations of outstanding engineers for the Vietnamese construction industry. Through this cooperation, Ricons aims to provide students with greater access to real-world projects, enhance their professional skills, and prepare them for seamless entry into the job market after graduation.
Following the signing, a series of technical seminars were delivered by representatives of the ecosystem companies:
– Ricons: Top-down and Semi-Top-down basement construction solutions
– Newtecons: Application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in construction
– BM Windows: Façade solutions for modern buildings
The event concluded with a dynamic open forum where students actively engaged with company representatives, raising questions and exploring career development opportunities within the construction industry.
This comprehensive cooperation agreement reaffirms Ricons’ long-term commitment to supporting educational communities and contributing positively to the training and development of young talents – the core driving force for the sustainable growth of the construction industry in the future.
