On May 4th, 2024, Ricons collaborated with the Ecosystem Training Board to inaugurate the epecialized training program – the 2024 Project Manager Training Program. With the participation of the Ecosystem Executive Assessment Council and 28 potential staff members, the program is deemed a crucial precursor in building future leadership for the ecosystem.
The training program for Project Manager focuses not only on enhancing technical knowledge but also on developing management and leadership skills. This presents an opportunity for potential talents to refine themselves and strive to become outstanding executives in the future.
Mr. Ngo Thanh Phong, representative of the Ecosystem Executive Assessment Council, shared: “This training program not only imparts knowledge but also provides an opportunity for trainees to perceive work realities from various perspectives.
