On May 12, 2026, Ricons, together with companies within the ecosystem, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for comprehensive cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Representing Ricons at the ceremony were Mr. Tran Van Muoi – Operation Director, Mr. Bui Quang Thai – Head of Construction Engineering Department, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – Deputy Head of Human Resources Management Department, along with representatives of the Boards of Directors of the ecosystem companies. From Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, the ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Pham Trong Thuat – Rector of the University, the Board of Rectors, and representatives of the leadership of its Faculties and Departments.
Recognizing human resources as a core driver of sustainable development, Ricons has consistently placed strong emphasis on training and developing future talents from the time they are still at university. The cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture not only strengthens the connection between the enterprise and the academic institution, but also opens up more opportunities for students to gain exposure to real working environments, enhance their professional knowledge, and shape their career orientation in the construction industry.

Within the framework of the 2026–2027 academic year cooperation, Ricons will continue to accompany the University through a wide range of practical activities, including supporting students in internship programs at departments and construction sites; coordinating recruitment programs, career fairs, seminars, and career orientation talks; and organizing project site visits to help students gain deeper practical insights into the industry. Notably, Ricons and the ecosystem companies will also accompany Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture in activities leading up to the University’s 50th Anniversary celebration.
The comprehensive cooperation program for the 2026–2027 academic year is expected to further strengthen the long-standing partnership between Ricons, the ecosystem, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture. It also aims to build an effective bridge between academic training and professional practice, creating favorable conditions for young engineers and architects to establish a solid foundation for their future career development.
