RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
In the fourth quarter of 2021, Ricons was continuously trusted by the Investor to award new projects across the country, typically: Novaworld Phan Thiet, Aqua Waterfront City, Imperia Smart City (P6 building) and project 6 – bidding package BC2 – BW Nhon Trach.
Novaworld Phan Thiet
In Binh Thuan, Novaland Group continues to assign Ricons the 4th package of Novaworld Phan Thiet project. Ricons will construct the structure, basic finishing and M&E for 268 luxury resort villas in subdivision 3.3.
Novaworld Phan Thiet has a total area of 986 hectares and a total investment of 5 billion USD in Tien Thanh commune, City. Phan Thiet. In March 2021, Ricons started construction of 160 villas here. This bidding package has brought the total number of Ricons villas under construction at the project to 428 units.
Aqua Waterfront City
In addition, in Dong Nai, Novaland Group also assigned Ricons the third package of Aqua Waterfront City project with 259 villas in area 7A3. The two previous bidding packages assigned to Ricons have the scale of 265 villas. As a strategic construction partner of Novaland Group, Ricons always strives to deserve the trust of the Investor.
Imperia Smart City (P6 building)
Imperia Smart City is a high-class apartment complex located in Tay Mo – Dai Mo new urban area, Hanoi. In the role of General Contractor, in early 2021, Ricons topped off subdivision 1 including 2 Imperia Smart towers 1 and 2, more than 1 month ahead of schedule. Currently, these two towers are in the process of being completed. According to evaluation from the Investor, Ricons has applied modern construction technology and brought Imperia Smart City finished products of high standard.
With the previous professional performance, recently MIK Group has continued to trust Ricons to implement the P6 tower in the project with a scale of 35 floors and a total floor area of 49,750 m2.
Project 6 – BC2 package – BW Nhon Trach
Recently, Ricons won the bid for Project 6 – BC2 package – BW Nhon Trach in Dong Nai. In the project, Ricons will construct the structure, finish and M&E for 2 factories and ancillary items with a total area of 60,000 m2.
BW Industrial is an industrial real estate investment company and provides ready-built factory rental services with a large network stretching across the country. This is the second time Ricons cooperates with Investor BW Industrial; Previously, the Company had constructed BW Bau Bang project (Binh Duong).

Since the beginning of this year, Ricons has won the bids for 21 projects with a total value of about VND 10,000 billion. In the general picture of the construction industry, these are considered bright spots in the Company’s business activities and prospects for recovery after the Covid-19 epidemic.
