Early June 11, Ricons held a thematic training program “Developing relationships and improving work efficiency” led by Mr. Tran Quang Quan – General Director of the company, with the participation of officials at management levels
Mr. Tran Quang Quan highlighted his work organization skills, time management, connection building with clients and partners, and very practical negotiation abilities and consensus-building skills, all based on his extensive experience with a focus on both cost-effectiveness and practicality.
Furthermore, the company’s General Director emphasized the need for managers to present themselves on construction sites, as well as upgrade their skills through self-study, self-experience, and training courses and skills development; all of which contribute to the training of staff to become multitasking warriors.
The training session also provides an opportunity for department heads/deputies and commanders to share ideas or consult the General Director, who is also the chief program trainer.
