Recently, Ricons organized a training program on project management at various levels, focusing on effective coordination with Nominated Subcontractors (NSC). This seminar is part of the long-term training series “Project Completion Management,” conducted by Project Director, Mr Tran Duc Hien and project manager, Mr Nguyen At Thanh.
This seminar was designed for the project management team, including chief commanders, deputy commanders, and tower leaders. The training program covered two main topics:
The training session included essential content such as leadership skills, progress management, quality control, and ensuring workplace safety. Through this seminar, chief commanders, deputy commanders, and tower leaders not only gained specialized knowledge but also learned how to handle situations and coordinate work effectively between different departments and NSC contractors.
