In April 2026, Ricons organized its annual Safety Training Program for the Site Management Boards of all Ricons projects nationwide. The program was conducted in both the Southern and Northern regions, creating favorable conditions for site management and supervision teams to participate fully and effectively.
As one of Ricons’ key periodic training activities, the program aimed to reinforce legal knowledge on occupational safety, while enhancing the awareness, roles, rights, and responsibilities of managers and supervisors in organizing, controlling, and maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan – Deputy Head of the HSE Department delivered remarks at the training session
The training focused on two main modules:
– Occupational Safety and Health Training
– First Aid Skills Training
In the Occupational Safety and Health module, participants were updated on legal regulations related to occupational safety and reviewed mandatory requirements throughout construction activities on site. Through the program, the Site Management Boards were further emphasized on their responsibilities in management, supervision, risk identification, hazard control, and proactive prevention of occupational accidents across all construction operations.
In addition, the First Aid Skills Training module provided practical and essential knowledge on initial first aid response. In particular, the program focused on hands-on practice through specific scenarios, enabling the Site Management Boards to improve their ability to respond quickly, handle incidents promptly, and apply proper methods when emergencies arise on site.
Mr. Pham Hoan Gia – Senior HSE Specialist shared his insights at the training session
