Ricons accelerates the topping out of Apec Mandala Wynham Phu Yen project

Apec Mandala Wyndham Phu Yen is invested by Apec Group. Currently, the Ricons Board of Directors is rushing to complete the concrete work of floor 26 to focus on the floor structure at the end of the 27th floor. It is expected that the work will be topped out in September.
