In the third quarter of 2021, despite many challenges due to impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ricons has maintained its competitive edge in the market by continuously taking on new projects. Specifically, Ricons won the bid for 4 projects including SLP Park Hai Phong, Aqua Waterfront City, Wyndham Thanh Thuy and Hotel Ho Tram Mgallery (MEP package) with a total contract value of nearly 1,000 billion VND
General Contractor: SLP Park Hai Phong
SLP Park Hai Phong is a logistics cluster developed by SLP Company. SLP is backed by GLP, the world’s leading provider of state-of-the-art logistics facilities and technology management solutions.
Located at the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park and Non-Tariff Zone (Zone 1), Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong, the project includes warehouses and workshops for rent with a total construction area of over 52,000 m2. Ricons undertakes structural construction, finishing and MEP installation for the whole project.
General Contractor: Aqua Waterfront City
Aqua Waterfront City is located in the larger project of Aqua City – a smart eco-city planned on a total area of nearly 1000 hectares. For this project developed by Novaland Group, Ricons undertakes the structural works, civil works and MEP installation for 98 villas in zone 7A2.
As a strategic construction partner of Novaland Group, Ricons has accompanied the real estate developer in many low-rise housing projects including Lakeview City, Novahills Mui Ne, Novaworld Ho Tram and Novaworld Phan Thiet. The trust of Novaland Group in Ricons in this new project is an opportunity for the company to affirm its robust capacity and stable performance as one of the leading general contractors in Vietnam.
MEP Contractor: Wynham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy
Located in the center of the mineral springs resort in Bao Yen commune, Thanh Thuy district, Phu Tho province, Wyndham Lynn Times Thanh Thuy is one of the first five-star therapeutic tourism projects in Northern Vietnam. The project consists of two 35-floor hotel buildings. Structural work is currently in progress up to the 30th floor.
During the construction process, Ricons constantly shows its dedication and professionalism, while applying and closely monitoring technical measures to bring about outstanding quality. This is the basis for the project owner to continue their trust in Ricons with the MEP general contractor package which includes installation of electrical & lighting system, mineral springs, air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation, and water supply and drainage.
MEP Contractor: Hotel Ho Tram Mgallery
The 5-star hotel complex project Hotel Ho Tram Mgallery (belonging to Novaworld Ho Tram) was started from March 2021 in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. With a total area of about 4.3 hectares and a scale of 200 rooms, the project is managed and operated by AccorHotels Group. After the structural construction phase, Novaland choose Ricons to be the general contractor for M&E for the whole project.
With a team of experienced and specialized personnel in the field of M&E, Ricons will consult on expertise, offer optimal construction solutions, apply BIM/REVIT in shop-drawing, and manage progress, ensuring to meet the standards of the world’s leading hotel operator, while helping the investor save costs and improve handover quality.
