RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
The topping-out ceremony for the two towers Danube and Seine – Westgate Complex at Binh Chanh administrative center, Ho Chi Minh City, was organized on the morning of September 10, 2022, by Ricons in partnership with investor An Gia Real Estate Group.
The project, which has a scale of 3.1 ha and four 20-story towers, was formally unveiled in May 2021. It offers the market more than 2,000 flats, shophouses, and villas. More than 185,000 m2 of overall construction space is available. Until now, the two towers Danube and Seine – Westgate Complex have finished the structural construction on schedule as always, meeting the quality and safety criteria after 16 months of concentrating the greatest resources. Ricons has recently finished the rough structure of Danube and Seine towers, with a scale of roughly 1000 apartments, by adapting nimbly to the typical difficulties of the market.
Today’s achievement of this significant milestone was made possible by the Investor’s tremendous support of Ricons. Additionally, the entire steering committee as well as onsite consultant teams, subcontractors, and suppliers all put in constant effort.
In addition, the project recently received certification that it has completed one million safe working hours – the most convincing illustration of the rigor and professionalism with which a group of engineers and experienced professionals approach their work while always putting safety first.
Upon completion and construction, Ricons will keep a joint assembly of professionals with experience in M&E, together with the tools and methods necessary to finish the project successfully and safely, as well as under investor obligations.
