To kick-start the year of 2021, Ricons held a topping-out ceremony to mark the completion of structural work of Novahills Mui Ne project at Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Ham Tien Ward, City. Phan Thiet City.
The project was invested by Novaland Group and includes 603 villas ranging from 200 m2 to 400 m2 in size, on a total area of more than 40 hectares. In this project, Ricons was entrusted with the role of design-and-build (D&B) general contractor for all structural, finishing and MEP works.
With extensive experience, especially in the resort segment, Ricons has convinced the project owner with outstanding solutions to optimize construction progress, techniques and budgets.
