On the morning of December 17, Ricons held the topping-out ceremony of the Park Kiara project. This is the first luxury apartment building in ParkCity Hanoi urban area, invested by Vietnam International Township Development Joint Stock Company – a member of the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based ParkCity Group. Consisting of two 31-storey towers, the project not only inherits the breakthrough values of Desa ParkCity in Malaysia but also represents a delicate combination of modern urban style and natural green landscape to create an ideal living space.
Ricons started construction of Park Kiara in the third quarter of 2020. During the construction, Ricons has demonstrated the professional capacity of one of the leading general contractors in Vietnam. Specifically, the project has successfully implemented the transfer beams for more than 4,000 m3 of concrete. To reach the topping-out milestone, it was entirely thanks to the immense efforts and solidarity of Ricons’ project steering committee, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak which had caused enormous difficulties in mobilizing labor forces, materials and equipment.
At the moment, after completing the structural work of the project, Ricons is urgently carrying out the finishing and M&E work, with the goal of successful completion and speedy handover to the project ownner in the second quarter of 2022.
