06/10/2021

When a “new normal” was established in many provinces and cities across the country, this created hope for economic recovery and development. In the exciting atmosphere when many projects are back to work, on October 6th, the Ricons team at Sky Oasis CT07A project officially topped out the project on schedule. The event not only recognized the efforts of all employees at the project but also showed the professional image of Ricons to the Investor.

Sky Oasis is the premium division of Ecopark with more than 350,000 square meters of green space and water surface. Ricons is the design-and-build general contractor for 2 towers S3 and S-Premium with a scale of 41 floors.

During the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, construction activities faced many difficulties, especially in mobilizing equipment resources as well as ensuring safety for construction forces. However, Ricons proactively responded by offering many effective construction solutions to speed up time and optimize quality.

As a partner accompanying Ecopark Group for many years, Ricons has been constructing many projects with the Investor such as: Rung Co apartment building, Aqua Bay Sky Residences and recently the Sky Oasis CT07A project. With the trust and appreciation from customers, Ricons aims to complete the project on schedule.
