Ricons completes structure at Swanbay La Maison project

Swanbay La Maison is located at Dai Phuoc Island, Nhon Trach, Dong Nai. In mid-June, Ricons finished structural work for 249 villas. With a methodical investment in each construction item, the Steering Committee has ensured the correct construction schedule, quality and safety for the whole project.

Currently, Ricons is focusing on finishing work. It is expected that by September 2020, the resort-standard villas will be completed and handed over to customers in turn.
