RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
After the construction period, the L7 tower of Vinhomes Grand Park project in District 9, implemented by Ricons, is now in the completion stage and will be handed over soon. Since the commencement in late 2018, the tower with two basements and 36 floors has gradually taken shape, impressive and harmonious with the overall project.
Despite the impacts of Covid-19 on personnel and the construction plan, Ricons takes various measures to keep to the schedule. The Steering Committee is currently conducting system inspection and acceptance tests for handover. According to the plan, the project will be handed over from now until June 30, 2020.
Vinhomes Grand Park is a large-scale project. Therefore, in order to complete the project on schedule, the contractor has to have a competent and well-trained engineer team at disposal. With experience in many large-scale high-rise projects, Ricons is confident to deliver a project with high quality, safety and on time, and thereby increasing added value for the Developer and customers.
