RICONS LAUNCHED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR DEPUTY COMMANDERS

On the afternoon of March 7, 2025, Ricons Training Center officially launched Financial Management Training Program for Deputy Site Manager who are currently working on various Ricons projects.

1. Program Objectives:

– Multifunctional and practical training.
– Enhancing quality and efficiency at work.
– Preparing succession personnel.
– Equipping deputy project managers with project financial management knowledge to better manage financial resources and face financial challenges in projects.

2. Main Content:

– Overview of finance in construction projects.
– Basic knowledge on preparing and controlling financial reports.
– Enhancing awareness of financial project management.
– Soft skills in multilateral diplomacy.

3. Course Details: The training program consists of 10 specialized topics, running from March to July 2025.
