In the increasingly competitive construction market, continually enhancing project management skills and expertise has become essential. To break through and maintain a leading position, it is not only necessary to have a deep understanding of technical skills but also to master flexible and effective management and problem-solving skills.
On the morning of May 11, 2024, Ricons officially launched its “Project Completion Management” training course for project management levels. With the participation of an experienced internal faculty, this program promises to equip participants not only with extensive professional knowledge but also with the essential skills to be prepared for any situation that may arise on-site.
The program, lasting four months from June to September 2024, will cover a variety of topics from organizational skills for projects ranging from villas to high-rise buildings, to the application of Riconquas quality standards and managing relationships with stakeholders. Each module is designed to achieve the highest quality goals and ensure cost efficiency, helping to minimize construction errors and enhance the satisfaction of investors.
A highlight of the training course is the practical teaching method, sharing real-world experiences from Ricons’ projects. This is an excellent opportunity for project management levels to further enhance their management skills and expertise, thus preparing to take on significant responsibilities in upcoming projects.
