Chinese foreign language has become a trend in the age of globalization and international business affairs. Ricons, in particular, has been joining hands on huge projects with Chinese investors. Such projects require employees to have the capacity to clearly communicate with customers and investors, and the necessity for training and developing the Chinese languages of the company’s brothers and sisters is intensely felt.
Such demand prompted the Department of Human Resources Management to launch a Chinese language course in early April. More than 100 students registered for the course, which was organized in online and off-site modes (directly at the company’s headquarters.)
With such spirit, Ricons encourages employees to hone in on their Mandarin language abilities in order to gain additional benefits at work.
In the meantime, the Human Resources Department is conducting a survey this month to determine the needs of the company’s employees to improve their English in an attempt to conduct not only Chinese but also English classes in the near future.
