RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On 11 November 2021, Ricons started project 06 – package BC2 – BW Nhon Trach in Dong Nai. In the project, Ricons will construct the structure, finishing and M&E for 2 factories and ancillary items with a total area of 60,000 m2.
BW Industrial is an industrial real estate investment company and provides ready-built factory rental services with a large network spread across the country. This is the second time Ricons cooperates with Investor BW Industrial; Previously, the Company had constructed BW Bau Bang project (Binh Duong).
