The end of the second quarter is also the time when Ricons starts many new projects. This morning June 3, 2020 in Hung Thang urban area, City. Ha Long, Quang Ninh, Ricons solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of A La Carte Ha Long mixed-use commercial and service building project. The project is invested and developed by Taseco Land.
