RICONS KICKS OFF PROJECT CENTRAL PARK RESIDENCES, VINH CITY, NGHE AN PROVINCE

Earlier on October 3, 2023, Ricons collaborated with Investor Ecopark to perform a groundbreaking ceremony for the Central Park Residences project in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city, Nghe An province.

The Central Park Residences project is developed on a land area of 19,196m2 and includes one mixed-use apartment towers, with two basements and 30 stories above ground. With a total of 620 units, the building has three trade-and-service levels (including a trade-and-service tower platform and a low-rise commercial square), one refuge floor, and twenty-six apartment floors. Ricons will participate in this project as the General Contractor for design and construction.

Previously, Ricons was honorably chosen as the Strategic Contractor by Ecopark Investor, implementing the structural construction and primal completion of all 825 neighboring villas – The Garden subdivision of Project Eco Central Park.

Eco Central Park was created by the Ecopark Group on a resident-first approach, aiming to become the most luxurious urban area in Vinh city – the dream of the city, where greatness and prosperity are realized.

With a vision to shape the face of Vietnam’s construction industry, Ricons will work alongside Ecopark Group, with dedication and responsibility, in order to create a proud emblem of Vinh city.
