Early March 30, Ricons hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for the Eco Central Park project in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city, Nghe An province.
The groundbreaking event was fully attended by leaders and employees from all parties involved, as well as the subcontractors and suppliers.
Not long after winning the bid to build over 500 nearby homes in the Eco Central Park project, Ecopark Group has renewed its trust in Ricons with yet another construction contract of over 300 more villas. As a result, Ricons will serve as the primary contractor for the construction of more than 800 nearby villas in the project’s The Garden subdivision.
The aforementioned Eco Central Park spans approximately 200 hectares and is the first project in Vinh City to be created with a distinct landscape, diverse classes, and a multi-storey environment. Eco Central Park is conveniently placed near the city center, surrounded by the beautiful and tranquil Lam River. The project is an ideal marriage of fresh ecological living space and one-of-a-kind green architecture. Eco Central Park will become a proud emblem of Vinh city in the future.

In a broader sense, this project will also significantly glorify the appearance of the Southeast urban area of Vinh city”.
The first immediate steps have been made by Ricons after the firm gained the bid.
