In the fourth quarter of 2024, Ricons organized the commencement ceremony for Imperia Smart City – The Sola Park project (Towers G5-G6). This project, part of the second phase of Imperia Smart City, is located within the extensive intelligent urban complex of Vinhomes Smart City. The project is invested by Project Development Unit – MIK Group Vietnam Corporation, a prominent player in domestic real estate investment, business, and development.
Strategically positioned, The Sola Park is situated on Thang Long Avenue, Tay Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi. This area features well-planned transportation infrastructure, facilitating ease of movement. The project comprises two towers, G5 and G6, each with two basement levels and 39 above-ground floors. These include 14 office floors and 25 residential floors, providing a total of 1,488 apartments. The project is expected to create a modern and high-class living space in the new administrative center of West Hanoi with spectacular views and flexible transportation connections.
MIK Group has chosen Ricons as the main contractor, with package “Piling, substructure, superstructure and external finishing works for Lot F2 – HH01 and HH02 (Tower G5- G6)”. With robust experience and solid expertise, Ricons is committed to meeting the project’s requirements for Safety, Quality and Schedule.
