RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of April 14, 2022, Ricons successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Imperial Smart City project – P5 Tower’s body structural work and semi-finishing package.
This is a project developed by HBI Joint Stock Company. In this Imperial Smart City project, Ricons has undertaken the construction of the P6, P7 and P8 towers and is highly appreciated by the project developer. The P5 Tower is the next project that Ricons continues to be trusted and awarded by HBI, in which Ricons is in charge of the body structural work and semi-finishing.
The overall perspective of the Imperial Smart City project
Imperia Smart City is a high-end apartment complex located in the first smart city in Vietnam – Vinhomes Smart City. Occupying a central location, adjacent to the 10.2 ha central park and 4.8 ha wide lake, on the main street with 2 large lanes to help residents easily connect to internal utilities and quickly access numerous administrative, cultural and educational hubs of the capital city of Vietnam.
The project is built on the planning plots F4- CH03, F4- CH04, F4- CH05 located in Tay Mo ward with a total land area of about 3,310 m2, 132.05 m high and typically 30 apartments per floor. The whole project has a total of 1134 apartments.
Ricons is very honored to continue to accompany HBI in this high-end project and will utilize all the best resources to keep the commitment with HBI on safety and quality, contributing to creating a modern and classy living space for the project’s residents.
