In this project, Ricons continues to collaborate with Daewoo E&C Vina, further reinforcing its capability in delivering large-scale high-rise developments.
Previously, Ricons was entrusted by THT Development Co., Ltd. to execute K8HH1 project within the same urban area, where structural works are currently being accelerated in line with the planned schedule. The continued appointment for K8CT1 demonstrates the Developer’s strong confidence in Ricons’ construction expertise, as well as its proven ability to manage and deliver multiple large-scale projects simultaneously with efficiency.
