On October 22, 2020, Ricons solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay hotel project at Dong Hung Thang 1 Residential Area, Bai Chay Ward, City. Ha Long, Quang Ninh Province. The project is invested and developed by Thanh Duc Hai Phong Joint Stock Company.
Located in the center of Ha Long city, Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay not only possesses a prime location but in the future will certainly be an attractive resort destination among tourists. The project was built on an area of 2,082 m with 15 floors and 2 basements. Ricons is the General Contractor in charge of the construction of the structure, completion and installation of the M&E system for the whole project. According to the plan, the project will be completed and put into operation after 18 months of construction.
