RICONS OFFICIALLY COMMENCED CONSTRUCTION OF GIANG VO COMPLEX

Welcoming a vibrant June, on the morning of June 11, 2025, Ricons officially commenced construction of Giang Vo Complex – a large-scale project located at the prime address of 15–17 Ngoc Khanh Street, Giang Vo Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. Situated adjacent to the serene Giang Vo Lake, the project enjoys a strategic location in the heart of Hanoi’s bustling administrative, diplomatic and commercial hub.

Developed by Pacific Thang Long Co., Ltd., the project covers a total land area of 12,066 square metres and features a modern architectural design, comprising two towers for commercial and high-end hotel use, and one tower for premium office spaces. Specifically, the hotel tower consists of 19 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, offering 350 internationally-standardised guest rooms. The office tower rises 21 stories with 2 basement levels, fully equipped with integrated amenities and green spaces, designed to meet the diverse needs of working, lodging, shopping, and relaxation – all within a seamless and convenient complex.

Participating in this project, Ricons has been entrusted by the Investor to execute all critical technical packages, including: supplementary construction of diaphragm walls, bored piles, reinforced concrete structures for the foundation, basement, superstructure, and finishing masonry works. With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record across more than 200 projects nationwide, Ricons is committed to delivering optimal construction solutions, ensuring absolute safety, quality and strict adherence to the project schedule as committed to the Investor.

Immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony, the project management team officially commenced initial implementation activities.
